Visier New User Training

Providing education for end users is an excellent way to support the customer's deployment and adoption efforts. Customers can be confident that their users will gain the skills needed to quickly incorporate Visier into their work lives. Each session targets a different set of skills that end users need, starting with using pre-built guidebooks and ending with building analyses.

Overview

Participants experience a combination of lecture, demonstrations and hands-on activities all within the Customer’s Visier People Essentials environment. This course will help participants to:

• Apply filters and key groups to pre-built analysis in guidebooks
• Build key groups and shortcuts
• Build appropriate charts to visualize data
• Compare metrics, time periods, and groups
• Explore, edit and create analyses

About the course

New User Training takes place over 3 virtual instructor-led training sessions, each up to 2 hours long, for up to 24 individual attendees per session. Live attendance at all sessions is encouraged.

Prerequisites

All sessions in the New User Training series are foundational in nature, the focus of the first is orienting users to Visier and the data visualizations available. As such, there are no prerequisites for session one.  Attendance and completion of session one is recommended prior to attending both sessions two and three.

Who should buy this:

We recommend this training series to any customer who is launching Visier to a team/department/organization or whole enterprise. Each session of the New User Training series was designed to build upon the previous one, however not all users need to attend all sessions.  We anticipate that the size of the audience for session 1 could be smaller than session 3, depending on how the customer anticipates the users to interact with Visier.
