Welcome! We are excited for your journey to becoming a Visier People Analytics Consultant!
This experience will help you to:
- Create analyses with data and insights that are laser-focused
- Use an industry-leading approach for people analytics projects to ask, explore and answer focused questions that deliver more value from your Visier People solution in less time
- Present a compelling data story that transforms insights into actions
What you can expect:
- Live, instructor-led training sessions with discussion, collaboration, and hands-on activities
- The sessions are up to 2-hours long and will run from Mondays to Fridays for 2 weeks
- Outside of session time to build on your final analysis
- Present your final analysis to the fictitious executive board
Note: All program elements must be completed, including attending all instructor-led sessions and delivering the final analysis presentation.
